How can we help?

Write to us about anything: a bug, an idea, a fact that looks wrong, or a question about Bluvli Plus or your data. A person reads every message and answers in English or Spanish.

Getting started

Do I need an account?

No. Bluvli works without an account or sign-in. Your plan, lists, things, appointments, memories and photos are kept on your iPhone.

Which devices and languages does Bluvli support?

iPhone and iPad, in English and Spanish. On Apple Watch, Bluvli shows today's tasks, and there are widgets for your Home Screen.

Is Bluvli on the App Store yet?

Not yet. It's coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

How do I start my plan?

Enter your due date, or the date it was worked out from: your last period, a scan or an IVF transfer. Bluvli builds a first plan in a minute. If your due date changes, you see what moves before you save.

Adding letters and documents

How do I add a letter, a screenshot or a PDF?

Share it with Bluvli from another app, or scan a letter with the camera. Bluvli reads it on your iPhone and suggests dates and tasks, showing where it found each one. Nothing is added until you check it.

What if a date Bluvli found is wrong?

Suggestions can be wrong, so Bluvli adds nothing until you check it. Correct or discard the suggestion, and always rely on the original letter or on what your health service tells you.

How many automatic reads are free?

Saving every capture, reviewing by hand and 30 automatic reads a month are always free. With Bluvli Plus, there's no limit on automatic reads.

Your data and privacy

Where is my data kept?

On your iPhone, in Bluvli's own storage. If you use Apple Watch, it keeps a copy of today's tasks. Your iPhone's backup, in iCloud or on a computer, includes them, as with any app. We don't receive any of it.

Does anything leave my iPhone?

Only when you send it: a message, a list, a date for your calendar. No ads, no tracking, and we don't sell your data.

How do I export or delete everything?

In Settings › Your data. Export everything gives you a zip with a readable JSON file, your files and a README, and it never needs Plus. Delete everything, everywhere deletes your data on this iPhone, its copy on your Apple Watch, its widgets and search entries, and its scheduled notifications.

Can I take a break?

Yes. With Pause Bluvli, in Settings, nothing is counted, celebrated or sent until you resume.

If I lose my iPhone, can you restore my data?

We can't, because your data lives on your devices, not with us. Your iPhone's backup includes it, and you can export everything from time to time (Settings › Your data).

Bluvli Plus

What's free?

Your week, every week. Your plan and every list. Appointments and questions. Things. Saving every capture, reviewing by hand and 30 automatic reads a month. Memories of your pregnancy. Pausing Bluvli, exporting and deleting, also after Plus ends.

What is Bluvli Plus?

An optional auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. What it includes is shown in the app before you subscribe. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, and Bluvli can remind you before it ends. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

In Bluvli (Settings › Bluvli Plus › Manage subscription), or in your iPhone's or iPad's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting Bluvli or your data doesn't cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple sells the subscription, so Apple handles refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can my family share Plus?

Yes. Plus can be shared with your Apple family through Family Sharing. Apple manages who in your family receives it.

What happens when Plus ends?

Nothing you made is lost: your plan, your questions, your photos and your videos stay, and the free features keep working.

Health and getting help

Does Bluvli give medical advice?

No. Bluvli is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. The weekly facts describe what is typical at each week, from the sources shown with each fact. They don't describe your pregnancy or your baby.

What if I'm worried about myself or my baby?

Contact your midwife, doctor or maternity service now. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US). In the app, Support (in Settings) says when to get help, quoting official sources.

I think a fact is wrong

Write to us at bluvli@duodevapps.com with the week and the fact. Every fact shows its source, and we check each report against it.
